Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may take longer. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at samsonesron12@atomicmail.io. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
